Honoring Those Who Served: Two More Veteran Home Repairs Completed

We are proud to share the completion of two more veteran home repair projects through our partnership with Repair Corps and The Home Depot Foundation. These projects are another reminder of how much can be accomplished when community partners come together to serve those who have served our country.

Mr. Faucett – New Roof

Mr. Faucett received a much-needed new roof, helping improve the safety and protection of his home. We are grateful to Jared with Superior Roofing for helping make this project possible and for the work put into completing the repairs.

Mr. Glawson – Heflin, Alabama

Mr. Glawson’s home received several important improvements, including a new door, window, countertop repair, kitchen floor installation, roof sweep, and appliance repairs. A big thank-you to Nick Crow Construction for always doing an outstanding job and helping us make a difference for our local veterans.

These projects were made possible through the support of Repair Corps, The Home Depot Foundation, and Southwire.

At Calhoun-Cleburne Habitat for Humanity, we are honored to be part of these efforts and grateful for the organizations, contractors, and community partners who help us continue serving local veterans.

Thank you to everyone who played a part in making these homes safer, more comfortable, and better places to call home. Most importantly, thank you to Mr. Faucett and Mr. Glawson for your service to our country!
