Calhoun-Cleburne Habitat for Humanity — Habitat on the Hill 2026

Date: February 10–12, 2026
Event: Habitat on the Hill – Advocacy Conference in Washington, D.C.

Calhoun-Cleburne Habitat for Humanity is proud to participate in Habitat on the Hill 2026, Habitat for Humanity International’s annual legislative conference. This nationwide event brings together Habitat staff, board members, volunteers, homeowners and advocates to meet with lawmakers in Washington, D.C., and raise awareness about the need for safe, decent, affordable housing across the United States.

During Habitat on the Hill 2026: Our Voices Open Doors, Habitat representatives from across the country will engage in:

  • Policy discussions and training sessions focused on affordable housing solutions.

  • Meetings with members of Congress and their staff to advocate for federal housing policies that help families build and sustain stable, affordable homes.

  • Networking opportunities with housing experts, partner organizations, and national Habitat affiliates.

This three-day event aligns with a broader effort to address the housing affordability crisis in communities large and small, and helps amplify local voices like ours at the federal level.
